My Story<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Hi!
I am Georg and as a professional I am a communication expert and leadership coach.
When I was a young professional <\/strong>I was overwhelmed by the amount of communication<\/strong> on a standard workday.
As a manager<\/strong> I was often frustrated <\/strong>with delay caused by misunderstandings <\/strong>and also by ineffective meetings, which “stole my time”.
While living abroad and speaking in a foreign language I learnt that talking is not enough.
In my transformation coach career I needed to “read” people and understand their needs and motivations in order to get my messages through to them. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All diese Aspekte brachten mich zu dem Schluss: Ich muss meine Kommunikation grundlegend \u00e4ndern. Jeder, mit dem ich kommunizieren werde, verdient den \u201erichtigen\u201c Kommunikationsstil, der eine angenehme Atmosph\u00e4re schafft und seine Werte, Gef\u00fchle und Gedanken widerspiegelt.<\/strong>
Also machte ich mich auf die Suche nach einer umfassenden Ausbildung um Kommunikation vollumf\u00e4nglich zu verstehen. Ich wollte neue, elegante Wege zur Analyse von Interaktionssituationen sowie leicht zu merkende Methoden und effektive Kommunikationsmodelle finden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Da Kommunikation sehr komplex ist und so viele verschiedene Aspekte hat, habe ich keinen einzigen zufriedenstellenden Kurs gefunden. Also habe ich mir alle Informationen, Werkzeuge, Modelle, Ebenen und Kan\u00e4le der Kommunikation angeeignet und angefangen, mein eigenes Training zu erstellen. Kommunikation ist eine so grundlegende F\u00e4higkeit. Es kann Menschen verbinden, Br\u00fccken bauen und die Welt n\u00e4her zusammenbringen. Es ist unsere Art und Weise, sich t\u00e4glich auszudr\u00fccken und unsere Gedanken so in Worte zu fassen, dass andere sie verstehen k\u00f6nnen.
Mit all meinen erworbenen Kenntnissen, F\u00e4higkeiten und Trainingskonzepten m\u00f6chte ich Sie dabei unterst\u00fctzen, Ihre Kommunikation zu verbessern! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wissen weiterzugeben<\/strong> und Menschen durch effektive Kommunikation dabei zu helfen, bessere Ergebnisse zu erzielen<\/strong>, ist f\u00fcr mich sehr erf\u00fcllend.
Ich freue mich zu h\u00f6ren, dass zum Beispiel das Leben eines Kunden durch seinen neuen Kommunikationsstil einfacher und erf\u00fcllter geworden ist<\/strong>.
Es ist so bereichernd zu sehen, wie Menschen w\u00e4hrend der Schulungen ihre pers\u00f6nlichen \"AHA\"-Momente erleben<\/strong> und den Kurs mit einem L\u00e4cheln und strahlenden Augen verlassen.
Menschen auf ihrem individuellen Entwicklungsweg zu begleiten<\/strong> macht mir wirklich Freude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
